Had a great time in the other day during our Wellness Garden Workshop. Spent the morning meditating and learned how to make herbal teas and bath salts in the garden. Later we had a wonderful hands-on healthy cooking lesson led by Chef Sandi Lampert, MS, CCE and MMC's Culinary Interns. In the afternoon, we heard a great lecture titled, "Spirituality and Wellness, Is there a Relationship?" by Dr. Jerry Kornfeld, who discussed the rapidly expanding subject spirituality plays i...n medicine. Enjoyed yoga, gardening, learned how to stay healthy and make healthy food while seeing friends!
