If you haven’t hiked to Potato Chip Rock up to the top of Mt Woodson you really should...Skip the photo opp! There’s always a line. Definitely fuel up and bring snacks as it’s a killer hill to climb! Butt burner but also your core will get a massive work out too! It works hard to power you up plus also to stabilize you on the way down!!!

Tomorrow at 9 then follow me to the Cliffs for Yoga at 10:30am!
