How important are supportive shoes? Just ask someone who has plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, sometimes the cooler or cuter your shoes look, the more discomfort they can cause. Shoes that don’t give your toes room to breathe or offer don’t sufficient foot protection are frequently the culprits when it comes to foot problems. Existing issues with your feet can also be exacerbated by wearing the wrong shoes. When you start having foot pain out of nowhere, try wearing a really good pair of athletic shoes for a few days and see if that helps with the pain. If not, give us a call. : 805-496-2383
