Does anyone have feedback on Ply Gem Pro Series Replacement Vinyl Windows? The sample looks just as sturdy as Milgard and Simonton...and has Autolock locks and Sash stops for 20-30% less. However I'm finding a lot of mixed reviews.

Negative articles about the real estate market have been increasing the last few months. Most of the current listings in my area are non-owner occupied investors that are getting out of the market. I've been told by several friends and clients that an Irvine Company employee advised them recently to sell. These are the same precursors present just prior to last downturn of the real estate market. However, for every negative article, there's a big name economist or financial expert that says it's just a bump in the road and are still very optimistic. What's your opinion?
