Motivation Monday. Self confidence is key to success.

That’s all we can ask for ourselves. No one is perfect, only the man upstairs holds that title, but we can strive to be like him. Just be better than you were yesterday.

Another element of what I do here at my program is job development, job training and job coaching. We build and improve individuals with different ways of thinking to work, learn, improve communication skills and ultimately become a model employees.

Never stop grinding. Always keep pushing yourself further and further. The sky is e limit if you have love and passion for your craft. #determined #getthebag

This is true message of inspiration. Let’s be leaders and not just bosses. During this tough times we need to find goodness.

No better feeling then being able to help those who have the unfair advantage of dealing with intellectual and cognitive disabilities. Bless the owners and managers that understand this challenge and are willing to do something about it. Something simple like a lawn service business can change some many lives by providing employment, education and financial stability. During these tough and weird times let’s find goodness.
