She’s one years old today! Nicole D. celebrates her very first Jazzerversary! Kudos to a fantastic year teaching classes for 1/2 a month and then transitioning so smoothly into the pandemic version lol. She never missed a beat. Thank you for the enthusiasm you bring always! Increase metabolism, lose weight not muscle, and it’s efficient! So much for you to take advantage of during your workout. Pick a day or two: Sun at 8a, Tues at 5:35p, and the finale Thursday at 5:35p!

Super happy birthday to one fierce instructor! Our super Mom is sheltering at home and will return to the stage when it’s a go! We miss her incredibly but know she’s never far! Happy Birthday Missy!
