This family right here... Back when I was a brand new agent I had the pleasure of meeting them at an open house. Just a few months later I helped them find their dream home in Crockett! Earlier this year they had reached out to me with good news that they just had a baby and that they needed more space for their family. If you were to take the average of every Bay Area county, this is true. However, if you go small and look at Contra Costa County, prices actually increased almost 2% and Solano County also increased a little over 1% in 2019.
