2021 appears to be off to a great start!! I was able to help two awesome buyers find great properties. Buyer #1- They were looking for a vacant lot in order to build their dream home. I was able to find him an amazing flat 1 acre parcel in San Diego County, with all utilities at the street, and even approved construction plans/permits paid for by the seller....
