Took a drive out to Franklin, TN yesterday. Very nice area, and a wonderful neighborhood. There was some very pricey real estate, but there were also some affordable gems.. Take this 500k ... 2400 sqft property ... great neighborhood... great schools ... nicely upgraded ... Franklin is in Williamson County and touted as one of the best places to live in Tennessee by many media outlets ... but the local realtor I am meeting tomorrow says there’s a County he prefers wi...th a much bigger bang for your buck .
