Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Time to work those calories off. Today’s schedule is kids class 5-6pm, Bag class 6-7pm, Adults class 7-8pm.

6-7pm Bag class working orthodox and southpaw transitions with a little strength and conditioning. We may not have any fights scheduled this year, but we are always ready.
