With over 70 years of combined counseling experience, we have served the High Desert communities of Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Oro Grande, Adelanto, Phelan, Lucerne Valley, Helendale, Wrightwood, Pinon Hills, Oak Hills, and El Mirage since 1981. At Jackson-Bibby, our focus is to educate our c...lients on the detrimental effects that drinking and driving have on the individual, family, and community. We collaborate with both the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the local Courts to ensure compliance and assist you in regaining your driver’s license as soon as you’re eligible. We are here to help you successfully navigate through the program and provide an experience that will create personal growth and permanent positive lifestyle changes. All managers and counselors are certified through the CATC and/or ACCBC as an Addictions Treatment Counselor and many have additional licenses and certifications to help those cope with drug and alcohol addiction. We offer same day appointments and immediate proof of enrollment to the DMV. We understand that life happens outside of Jackson-Bibby. The difference between us and other DUI programs is that here, we are family.
