Jacks Urban Eats donates more than $25,000 to Sacramento Police Officers Association of 1849 Foundation to Honor Tara O’ Sullivan. The 1849 Foundation will contribute the donations to the family, establishing a Tara O’ Sullivan Scholarship and helping support a local domestic violence organization.
