Embrace Change! The left photo was when I was younger, had more hair and when my body responded WAY differently to diet + exercise. I do not concentrate or abscess on how my body worked then, before then, 5 years ago etc etc etc. I embrace change and all that come with it. Truth is the time prior to the pic on the left there were all kinds of different fitness challenges that are easier for me today and there are fitness issues today that are harder today than they were then.... Embrace change! Stay active and pay attention to the blessings that God has bestowed on you but you must be open to interpretation as to what those blessings are.
