Happy New Year 2021. If you are like me, the year starts with a Goal in mind. Goal setting is the powerful process to starting a great year and for motivating yourself to turn your goal into a realityknowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where to concentrate and avoid distractions. I use my Stewart Title Daily planner to write down notes and daily activities that count towards my goal. A goal is like an eating an elephant, one bite a time. Need a Planner., feel free reach out!

2020 is coming to a close today and despite the ups and downs this past year, I do have a wish on this New Year’s eve. I hope that 2021 is the best year yet for all of us and that it is a year where life is peaceful and what we want, we get. I wish for holidays with happiness and that we have many of them more to come. Thank you for the opportunity you give to work together and if we haven’t, hopefully next year is the year we do. BREAKING NEWS: Late on April 9, 2020 the Department of Ventura County Public Health issued a new Stay Well at Home Order. This Order supplements and amends the existing orders by, among other things: added certain businesses to the list of essential businesses. Included in these additions is the following verbiage which directly affects how Real Estate Professionals and Real Estate Transaction Professionals may conduct business and still be in compliance with the Stay Well ...at Home Order. Service providers that enable residential real estate transactions (including rentals, leases and home sales), including, but not limited to, real estate agents, escrow agents, notaries, and title companies, provided that appointments and other residential viewings must only occur virtually or, if virtual viewing is not feasible, by appointment with no more than two visitors at a time, both whom must reside within the same household or living unit, and one individual showing the unit (except in-person visits are not allowed when the occupant is present in the residence).
