Today, we took a field trip to @thecountryclubbarbers original location. We were greeted by the crew and booked a demo by @aobarbering. . Angel Ortiz’s story is a true inspiration. He grew up with very little. He was heavily bullied by the kids in his school for being overweight with long hair. . At 10 years old, he got his first pair of clippers. A cheap set that his neighbor used to groom their family dog. He used those clippers to shave his head so the bullies at his schoo...l couldn’t pull his hair anymore. Unfortunately, his shaved head didn’t stop the bullies. Instead, he got the worse beating of his life. . As he walked home crying, he realized that he has a set of clippers that can change his life. He said to himself that he would no longer get bullied because he was going to become so good at barbering that even the bullies will need him to cut their hair. . Since then, Angel has dedicated his life to the craft and his passion for being a barber has never been stronger. . Barbering didn’t only save Angels life.
