You're not going to believe this...ok, maybe you will--we just got hired to rollout wireless for self-paced audio tours throughout Ripley's Believe It or Not museum in San Francisco! Its true believe it or not! Really.

We just got hired by Z Gallerie to address wireless issues at their corporate headquarters! Nice--perhaps we can get some cool free furniture out of it. :-)

Just got a new review on Yelp today! Yay! " So our company's internet went down, and we needed help ASAP otherwise we'd have to shutdown and send employees home for the day.... I contacted IBOTA and spoke to Roland Lewis who was able to come immediately and troubleshoot our problem. He already had a pack schedule, but given the ugency of our case, he managed to squeeze in time and come to our office to fix the problem. Very professional and down to earth. IMO his business should be called iHero because he was the hero of the day! "

We had a fantastic time at the Comcast partner appreciation dinner last night at Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos! The food & wine were exceptional. The icing on the cake was winning the raffle for an awesome set of Sony noise cancelling headphones! These will come in handy at the office! ;-)

We'd like to bid Ellen farwell and best of luck in her new endeavors. Ellen worked at Ibota for a little over 2 years while completing her MBA program. We'd like to congratulate her on her graduation and promptly securing a job in San Diego! Good Luck, Ellen!

Ibota received an Excellence in Customer Service Award from ESI for its participation in the Reseller Quality Program. Our involvement in the program is voluntary. As a result, our customers are contacted by ESI and asked specific questions regarding their experience with Ibota's phone system sales, installation & training process. We must achieve consistently high marks in all areas order to remain in the program and naturally to win the award. It is a great honor for us to have won! Congratulations everyone!
