Signage sneak peeks for a new cafe space we’re working on up in SF. Since we are not traveling for site visits these days, we get sent a lot of big ass packages with material samples like these. Hopefully we are able to go check out these spaces we’ve been designing in person soon. Otherwise, we’ll be opening an ITAL/C garage diner with all the various signage samples!

A few months ago we introduced a black owned business design grant to help a couple local businesses here in LA during these crazy times we’re in. Our first recipient was @larayiasbodega , who we did a full rebrand for including logo, signage, packaging for products, to-go and food items, and a bunch of swag and wearables. More examples from our rebrand of @thefordla, celebrating their centennial this year. Man, we can’t wait to go to concerts again! Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of rebranding The Ford Theatre for @laphil, an iconic Los Angeles institution. It is weird and unfortunate to be sharing this work right now as their summer concert series was cancelled this year due to the pandemic. That said, we are very proud of the rebrand we designed and are honored to have had the opport...unity. The Ford Theatre is dedicated to presenting a diverse roster of events representing music and dance styles reflective of the communities that comprise Los Angeles County. The brand identity of The Ford represents the modern, playful, colorful diversity that LA is known for while also subtley referencing a bold spotlight for the theatre stage. We look forward to experiencing the historic venue once again someday (hopefully soon!). Stay tuned for the full case study and more peeks of the branding in context. @ Los Angeles, California
