We are now open for business! We are taking measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The following are some examples of what we are doing but it is not exhaustive. All patients must wear masks when inside the office and all staff must wear proper PPE at all times. We limit one patient in the office at any given time... All exams, pickups, repairs, frame shopping must be done by appointment only We disinfect surfaces and equipment after every appointment with CDC approved chemicals. We clean all frames after someone tries them on. We have protective barriers on our front counter, optical tables, and contact lens area We have hospital grade air filters that are on at all times. Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to be tested and reschedule their appointment. Anyone who has been in contact with someone with known COVID-19 must rescheduled after quarantined. We have all of our staff answer COVID-19 symptom questions prior to starting work each day and have their temperature and oxygen taken. We offer curbside deliveries for glasses, contacts, and frame adjustments. We conduct the question and answer portion of our exams over the phone to limit the time a patient spends in the office. Receipts and prescriptions will be emailed.
