When I experienced my first family constellation, I had already done a number of years of therapy. And yet, it uncovered some deep patterns that I wasn't even a...ware about. I was really touched by the depth and transformational power of this work that soon after I began to study it. My first constellation was about my relationship with my mother. A lot of constellations are. Because a lot of our struggles are related to that first relationship. Without our ability to say a full ‘’yes’’ to our mothers, we cannot say the full ‘’yes’’ to life. To a baby, a mother is the world. She represents the world and so our relationship with her is later unconsciously projected into the world. Our partner, a job, life, society-all become a representation of our mother. Family constellations method offers powerful tools for healing our relationship with our mother. It goes to her core of the issue-our unconscious rejection of our mothers. With the help of the facilitators that rejection is transformed into ‘’yes’’, first to our mother, and then to life itself. We are gathering next Tuesday in Palo Alto for our family constellation circle in-person outside at 4pm and we have one client spot for someone who is ready to say a full ‘’yes’’ to life.
