Sebastian: Well my name is Sebastian or (Seabass) for short I became a vet tech because I’ve always had a passion for helping animals out. My main focus is exotics and emergency. Patient care is my number one priority I don’t feel like my job is done until I’ve done everything to help my patient. I don’t really have a life outside of work I love working I do a lot of relief in many hospitals specialty,ER,GP etc.

Please join us in celebrating Vet Tech Week, we are celebrating our Techs here and at our Hospital! Here from our lovely Destini - I believe a good nurse is one that never stops learning and is always looking for ways to provide the best care for their patients. For me, that means making your pet’s veterinary visits as fear free and full of love as possible!

We have been closely monitoring all updates on COVID-19 by the CDC, WHO, AVMA, and other qualified organizations. At this time there is no evidence that pets can spread COVID-19 to other animals, including people. Out of an abundance of caution, it is still recommended that those ill with COVID-19 avoid contact with animals until more is known about the virus. If you are ill with COVID-19 and have a pet that requires medical attention, please contact us by phone. Do not bring... your pet into the hospital. We will work with the state veterinarian on best practices to ensure the safety of everyone involved. While we have always disinfected our facility throughout the day to reduce the risk of spreading infectious diseases between patients, we have updated our disinfection protocol in response to COVID-19. We have also enacted new protocols to help with social distancing. Some of these actions include: -Limiting the amount of people in the lobby. You will be asked to wait in your car so that we can get you straight into an exam room with your pet. -Offering curbside service for medication pick up. -Offering drop-offs whenever possible. -Offering virtual veterinary consultations when appropriate so you never have to leave your home, using our new TeleVet app (link in bio). ***We recognize that your pets are your family members and may require urgent medical attention just like you. Therefore we remain open for emergencies from 7am - midnight, 7 days a week. The statewide Safer At Home order allows you to take your pet to the veterinarian if necessary.*** If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at 949-552-5200. Thank you for your trust and cooperation. #covid_19 #saferathome #irvine #irvinespectrum #woodbrdige #irvinevalleycollege #animalclinic #veterinarian

PATIENT SPOTLIGHT! Meet Gaara! This 6 month old pot-bellied pig came in for itchy skin and was seen by Dr. Dickerson. She determined that Gaara had skin mites, so with a few anti-parasitic treatments, he will start feeling back to normal in no time! We can’t wait to see this sweet boy grow into his full size.
