Been one wild year, but so much to be grateful for at the same time. What are you grateful for? I’d love to see what you share. As for me.. currently I am grateful to still be working and doing what I love as a bridal stylist even if it means smaller wedding parties or elopements. There is always joy to be found. Smaller weddings may mean a lil less income, but it also means I can accept more weddings since the minimum amount of services have been waived for the remainder of... the year, AND I get to take my time a bit more with each person which makes the time feel that much sweeter. This beautiful bride was a dream. I met her in November for her bridal preview and was so excited to be apart of her special day. I unfortunately didn’t get to officially do her hair on her actual wedding day in March due to covid- 19 so I thought I’d show case her preview hair.

Dreaming of the day’s this Covid-19 is gone for good and being back to doing what I love! My heart breaks for all the brides that have had to reschedule or cancel due to the virus, I know it hasn’t been easy for any of you. Just know I am here for you, and I will do whatever I can to help. I just reached out to all my April brides to confirm dates. Let me know if you need to reschedule. So far we have been able to make it all work!!

Almost didn’t post this because I found this out a while ago and thought it may be silly to post now. But then I realized... heck yes I’m going to post!!!! We have to celebrate every win! If we don’t celebrate we miss out on that chapter and find ourselves only striving and never enjoying. So while I celebrate my second year as a bridal stylist and beauty consierge... I just want to mention @muajamielee, @kcoartistry, @ivoryhairlovely, @bkmh16, and @beautifulbygina for workin...g along side me through out 2019. You ladies are incredibly talented and helped make my dream a reality. I love you girls and am so looking forward to all that 2020 has for us as a team and individually. The bridal season is already off to an amazing start. Thanks @theknot for the recognition and love! Also, can I just share a quick story? Before starting this company I remember seeing different vendors win this award and always saw it as a huge deal. I remember asking people if they heard of so and so and explaining how they got best of weddings this year and bragging how I know them. I have always thought is was such a honor, so of course I had to share when we got ours!! AND our second year in a row!!!! I still think it’s a big deal!! And I will never take it lightly. This can only happen through the many very sweet reviews we got from all our brides, so thank you to every single one of you that took the time to write us a review. You all encourage me to keep going. It is the highest honor to even be chosen to be apart of your big day. Love you all!!! Boho bridal hair is my absolute favorite! I love texture, braids, and the look of slightly lived in hair. My favorite hair is when polished hair gets a lil tousled during the reception and some curls come a lil loose. Still put together and beautiful but free.

It’s been a minute since I last posted. Sometimes a lil social media break is so refreshing. It may not be great for insta analytics but it felt good. So cheers to my first post of 2020. @kendall.kokora I couldn’t think of a more fitting bride to post as my first feature of the year. You were the most relaxed and chill bride ever. Thank you for being so sweet. When I first met you, I was like Whoe!! This girl is a total babe!! @lxsnchlsmakeup and I had so much fun with you... and your girls. I hope you are off to a great year as a newly wed. : @rileystarrphoto As most of you know, my hands have been a lil full as I learn how to take care of a lil tiny human and It’s been quite the adventure. I’ll share more later for those that are interested, but for now.. a quick update... all is well. Baby is still in our care and we love her like crazy. She loves to be held ALL THE TIME!! No extensions needed for this blonde bombshell. Products used: my absolute fave @kenraprofessional 25 spray, @sexyhair powder play for texture and @aghair dry hair wax to help with fly away as and added texture.
