Our family business got started when we couldn't find a safe, effective alternative to conventional skincare products. This was 2008. Our all-natural, small-batch, cold-process soaps are crafted with the most wholesome and natural ingredients (all sustainably farmed). ... Throwing some essential oils in a soap product and calling it 'antifungal' or 'antibacterial' and marketing it to people who shower is easy...and often misleading. However, infusing just the right ratio of premium grade oils (e.g. Tea tree, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, etc.) to butters (e.g. Cocoa, Shea, Coconut, etc.) to ensure that the soap can gently (and dramatically) remove any potentially harmful bacteria without disturbing the naturally-occurring healthy skin flora that helps to protect us from infection can take time...and dozens of samples.
