God is interested in what we are dreaming and longing for, especially during and after being in his presence. Because in his presence we find an abundance of contentment. As Psalm 16:11 says, You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. In the place of God’s manifest presence, He tells us what is on his heart. More than this, he aligns our spirits with his Spirit. Our hearts connect and we hear and see what God hears and sees. #alignment

The most important thing you can know today is that you are adored and loved by your Father. Until you know this, your love and care for others will be far less effective than it could be. Get full of God’s love. Then you can let that love spill out and touch others. As you do that, the flow of the Father’s love through you will increase. As you give that love away, you will receive even more love to give. Be full. Give. Receive. Give more. Receive more. His love can never be extinguished.

Our enduring commitment to bring the tangible love of Jesus to people in need has been challenged like never before. Our team in Pemba, Mozambique is grappling with the global pandemic while facing a record number of internally displaced people fleeing extremist violence in their province of Cabo Delgado. This task feels overwhelming and at times it doesn't look as though we'll have enough to meet every need, but we know with Jesus there's always enough. Until this crisis pas...ses, we will continue to continue our outreaches 3-5 times a week. So far, we have: - Fed 27,500 people a day - Passed out 12,500 New Testaments - Distributed seed kits for sustainable farming Whether you support the work of the ministry through prayers, volunteering, or finances, we want to take this #GivingTuesday to say, "Thank you!" to all of you.

At IRIS we constantly desire to strain toward what is ahead. There are always more children to educate and teach. So many more people need to hear the gospel.
