Couple years ago, a customer came in to our store with a water damaged iPhone. When Apple simply refused to help with the repair - even for something as simple as recovering a few precious photos - the customer came to us. A quick glance at the phone told us that all it needed was a $50 battery replacement. Once we replaced the battery, the phone turned on with no problem. And the customer? He literally started crying in front of us, overjoyed at the recovery. We get a lot... of customers that Apple rejects for repairs. Help us as we push for the ability to continue offering our community the quality repairs it deserves. And we’ll let Apple focus on making good phones.
