The Brothers Kazolas had a wonderful time at Nilforushan Equisport Events last week! 5yo Never Say Never had a strong first show in the US. Bon Jovi showed us his talent for the jumpers - this horse truly does it all! And Soulmate (Ditto) jumped to Champion with Stephanie Byrne in the irons.

Well done to Mikayla and Quentin (Q) - first show together, and first show for Mikayla after moving up off of her pony! The pair had a consistent showing in every class they entered, and a highlight of 3rd out of 12 in an over fences class! Looking forward to the future with these two.

Quick break in our highlights posts to give an enormous shoutout to the one and only Hannah Naiman. Hannah is so much more than an assistant trainer - she is a huge part of our Inverness Ridge family, and we are so lucky to have her at home and at the shows. Whether it’s hacking horses in the rings at 6am or teaching a lesson at home at 6pm, she truly never stops. Here’s to the future

The fact that we somehow have no mounted photos of Jasmine Yannata (Sari Sillanpaa) didn’t stop her from taking home in the LEGIS Ch/AA medal, as well as 5th out of a huge field of 25 in the 14-15 age group eq over on Debellator featured here in a rare moment off of a horse UPDATE: almost immediately after this was posted, photographic proof of one of our favorite duos, Jas and Pippen, was sent over! Mom to the rescue!

Super outing in the NHS 3’3 medal for Izzy Baker and Dzsingisz Kan (Kan) this afternoon. Thank you for your help with this pair, Elvenstar and Jim Hagman! Izzy will be in good hands with you next week.

Dittobugs (Soul Mate) is more than just a pretty face! and 3rd in the 2’9 adult hunters with owner Leigh-Ann Wager-Kazolas in the irons! These two are really hitting their stride...pun intended. Well done! And thanks for keeping our horses and our setup looking top notch, Equitex Custom and Katie Cook!

Starting Saturday off in style! Nikolina Sentovich (Kim Sentovich) with a in equitation on the flat aboard her own Piano Man, and barnmate Mia Baker Kessler taking Reserve Champion in the 2’9 equitation division (with a win in a big over fences class yesterday, to boot).

All smiles and pets for Keara Fallon-Mulcahy's Booze Cruise (yes, that really IS his name) and Kimberly Coleman, who were and 4th out of 14 over fences and 7th out of 15 on the flat in the Adult Equitation 36+!

Hats off to Susan Karlshoej and FDF Duke - first time in the equitation this morning, and an amazing one at that! The pair tried their hand at the 3’3 USEF Adult Medal and impressed us all with their versatility and willingness to try something new. Well done!

It was all about everyone’s favorite today! Owner Denise Haunert-Marshall had a super first round in the desert on Casall C, while all other Inverness riders hacked in preparation for the weekend. Bring it on, Friday!
