Over the weekend we were able to release this adorable Pied-billed Grebe back to its home in the wild! This patient was found in the middle of the street in Duarte and brought to us by our friends at the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA. It spent over a month in our care, improving its waterproofing and gaining weight. We are so happy that this little grebe was able to get a second chance at life back in the wild!
