Jan 27 is Holocaust Memorial Day, the day that Auschwitz was liberated from the Nazi's. The world promised "never again", yet atrocity crimes continue to be committed in many parts of the world. Sadly, the world needs an International Criminal Court because in many places those who commit those atrocities would never be held to account in national courts. Let's follow through on the promise of "never again" by holding the perpetrators of atrocity crimes accountable for their crimes. Remember the victims and survivors of the Holocaust by supporting the International Criminal Court in it's quest to hold those who commit genocide and other atrocities accountable pursuant to the just rule of law when there are no other courts able or genuinely willing to do so.

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York granted a request for a preliminary injunction against enforcement of the sanctions order (designation of the ICC Prosecutor and the Head of Complementarity and Jurisdiction on the list with terrorists and narco-terrorist of those with whom one cannot transact business), based on the First Amendment rights of the plaintiffs.
