Reseach continues to build connections between health of the gut and what we eat, to a wide variety of health conditions, including: Parkinson's, Dementia, ADHD, Depression ... and many more. What we put into our bodies is our "medicine". And it doesn't take long with unhealthy eating habits to actually change our cells and physiological function -- oh... and the other way 'round as well.
