Patient education is a core belief in our clinic. We want to teach everyone why we are performing certain treatment modalities to help our patients understand what we are doing to help. Furthermore, we want to educate our patients about at-home alternatives and/or other home therapies to use outside of our office. Seeing a health care professional for 1-2 hours a week still leaves you with over 166 hours spent performing daily activities that may be causing you pain if performed incorrectly (picking up objects, gardening, exercising, sitting at work, sleeping etc). We want to help you learn how to independently stay out of pain.
