So, I have a customer who recently experienced almost total theft of her personal belongings from her home in a reputable community in southwest Bakersfield. On the advice of one of my other current customers, she reluctantly called me wondering if her renter's policy covered the loss. Knowing a thing or two about that, I assured her that was covered by her policy and am now walking her through the claims process to recover her belongings. While the stress and anxiety of the break-in and theft are painful, the community of fellow customers and support from our agency will work to make this a pleasant experience. If you are unsure about what your policy covers, feel free ask. We would love to help!

So here it goes. This will be my first post to my business page.
