We are excited to announce we have opened registration for our first event in over a year! Come join us on April 24 for a trail Half Marathon on the beautiful trails around Folsom Lake! The race will no doubt look different than our events prior to the pandemic, but the hills and trails (and poison oak) will all be there. We have worked closely with the state to ensure we have a plan in place that will allow for a well supported, fun, and safe event. The holidays are upon us and, unfortunately, we are approaching month 10 of our COVID-19 imposed shutdown. It's been a challenging time for most, but we hope you all have been getting out and enjoying a little nature therapy. In an effort to spread some cheer, we will be raffling off a pair of La Sportiva Mountain Running shoes each day, starting tonight (12/7) through Tuesday, 12/15. Just post a comment on this thread letting us know where you've been running, cycling, hiking, climbing, etc. We hope your holiday season is filled with adventure, cheer, and the opportunity to do what you love with who you love.

The Marin Ultra Challenge is just over one week away! The MUC is always a spectacular day on the trails, and this year we need you to help share the love! It's the big one! Mile 23 of the MUC 50 Mile drops you down to 0' elevation and the town of Stinson Beach, which also happens to be the bottom of the biggest climb of the day. 2 miles later you'll be ticking off mile 25 and peaking out at about 1900' near the top of the infamous Willow Camp climb. We always see smiling faces at the top, although I imagine there are a number of swear works being muttered on the way up. We've made some exciting changes to our upcoming Golden State Trail Run. If you've signed up already, make sure to check out the revised routes and note that we are now starting and finishing at the former Fort Ord Travel Camp in East Garrison. This new location gives us access to even more fun, single-track trails and allows us to provide more unique courses that are wildly different than what we've been able to offer before. At the moment, we are still in need of sweeping, course monitor, and finish area support -- for the bulk of the day (we're out there from about 6 AM until 2:30 PM).
