Beanies, Blankets, & Meal - Wrapped in Warmth When you are hungry and cold, not to mention homeless during COVID, a simple gesture of warm beanie, blanket, and good meal is a huge blessing. We also distributed hand sanitizers, masks, and plenty of water to our homeless and needy neighbors. Thank you all for making this possible. May Almighty reward all of you in multiples! Cold, COVID, & Homelessness For most of us, it is hard to picture the challenges and obstacles homelessness brings into one's life. Winter is the harshest time for our fellow humans experiencing homelessness. When temperatures drop into the 50s and even some nights to freezing 30s, it is tough for those out there. Texas Egyptian Fusion We try our best to provide our guests, the vulnerable neighbors around us, healthy and delicious meals. Recently they were served with the famous Texas style smoked angus brisket stuffed in large baked potato, along with mixed vegetable and sour cream with Egyptian seasoning; for dessert they had mouth watering Egyptian rice pudding, Roz bil-laban.
