InnoGrove Opening - Tuesday, May 26th We have all done excellent work in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Thank you to all of the front-line workers who had to put themselves in harm’s way through this! As a result of our efforts, the spread of COVID-19 has been controlled and under new Sacramento County regulations, we will be open for normal operations on Tuesday, May 26th. As you can imagine, we are living under a new normal, so our operations will take place... with these advisories: If you feel sick, please stay home! We still need to maintain our strength in combatting COVID-19, Please ensure that you maintain an appropriate social distance from all others while you are at InnoGrove, Please do your best to keep your area clean and please clean up after yourself when you leave, The tables in the open coworking space are easy to move please feel free to move the tables if you need to create more space. If the open co-working area is too crowded, we may need to restrict access to InnoGrove. We doubt this will happen but we still need to note it here, At any time, if you have concerns about the situation at InnoGrove, please contact us ASAP. Thank you very much and welcome back! The 2020 UC Davis Big Bang! Business Plan competition concluded with StarBio (based in Davis) as the big winner! They are developing a rapid system to diagnose ischemic stroke. Their product will significantly improve health care for stroke victims, save money in the delivery of health care, and improve patients’ lives. I had the pleasure of working with their team as their Industry Mentor through this process (although I didn’t have to do much they really have a great v...ision for their products!).
