As we end #WomensHistoryMonth, we say thank you to all the women of Innocean and know celebrating women goes well beyond a month, so we pledge to amplify female voices today, and all the days after. We end our official celebration with Courtney Betley, Creative Director and advocate for women in the industry. My advice to women in the industryfind your voice and use it. Remember you have so much to give, and belong in every single room. You have insights, empathy, curiosity, and courageand every time a woman taps into her endless reserve of talents, our industry gets a whole lot better, and the work, infinitely more interesting.

As we continue to celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth, and amplify the voices of the incredibly talented women within our walls, we’re proud to pass the mic to Miranda Rinehart, Digital Production Coordinator, who shares some words about progress and the power of female voices in the room. We have come so far by constantly challenging the established convention, being better than who we were yesterday, and speaking up for those without a voice. As Ida B. Wells once said, The way to right the wrongs is to turn the light of truth on them.

To celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re hearing from many of the celebrated female voices that have helped shape INNOCEAN USA. Today, we are honored to turn the spotlight on Tiana Goston, Broadcast Traffic Manager and Co-Chair of our INNclusion Committee, as she shares some sage advice for all the women out there looking to work in advertising. My advice to women in our industry is: don’t be afraid to take risks. You must be confident in what you bring to the table. You are allowed to take up space, and you should feel comfortable doing so.
