Laurie Reynolds is an Intuitive Wellness Advisor, Entrepreneur and Owner of Trinity Wellness. With a growing practice of Transformational Massage since 2003, Laurie begins her work by listening to the subtle cues and energy of the body while accessing Divine Wisdom. Through massage therapy, body work, Reiki, Raindrop Technique, Emotional Release, Psychoneuroimmunology, Intuitive readings, Essential oils, and Body/mind awareness, her clients are given specific guidance in how to best improve their well-bring and increase their life vibrancy. As an advocate for chemical-free living, Laurie offers custom created skin, makeup, personal care and household products, recipes and retails the clean, consciously made product lines from Young Living. Laurie studied Science of Mind after finding the Centers for Spiritual Living while recovering from back surgery in October of 2003. It became a cornerstone of her own healing, and a focal point in her life and work. She served as a licensed practitioner at CSLTV 2009-2015. In 2011 she began the holistic practices of Bak Fu Pai Kung Fu. This has deepened the understanding of the body/mind connection and the power that lies within us. It is her mission to awaken individuals to their own power to heal themselves in body and mind and to create life by design, rather than default, unfolding into our Divine greatness one and all.

Inner Athletika SPOTLIGHT Mark Nielsen Managing Partner Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Transformation Specialist, Unicorn, Mr. Clean... Mark grew up in Columbus, Ohio with athletics as part of his lifestyle. Later on, after some time enjoying the fitness lifestyle, music took him on a US tour which culminated in settling into a career in enterprise technology consulting. Having a performance and motivational background with music and fitness, this seemed to parlay well into a business and technology transformation role. It also provided him opportunities for public speaking and education on various subjects including leadership development and self-improvement. Over 10 years on the road traveling for business and 3 kids later, Mark’s health and fitness started to decline. In the Spring of 2019, Mark came off the road from a string of speaking engagements realizing that his health and life balance had become a serious issue. And ultimately, the advice he was giving to so many other people, which was drastically helping them in their journey, he was not following himself. Through a mutual friend, Mark met Dean and began to circle back to a focus on fitness. Dean didn’t have all the answers but provided a platform for Mark to explore sustainable wellness for him and others. At the same time, Mark provided Dean a foundation on how to have a greater effect on his patient’s and client’s lives. Together they joined nearly 50 years of experience in health, wellness, nutrition, motivation, physical therapy, and muscle development to create the Inner Athletika platform.
