The adult-use marijuana club of the United States grew to 11 this week with the addition of Vermont! While possession and use of recreational marijuana was legalized in 2018, no legal framework for production and sales was established. Wednesday's legislation picks up where the 2018 law left off. Recreational sales are expected to begin in October 2022.
