Harmful plumbing myth: BLEACH-CONTAINING TOILET TABLETS WILL KEEP MY TOILET FRESH. ------ The heavy concentration of the bleach will destroy the inner workings of your toilet in about six months. OK to use bleach in a toilet bowl cleaner, but don’t let it sit in the toilet bowl for more than about eight minutes. Squirt, swish, and flush is a better rule of thumb.

Did you know... flush-able wipes aren't really that flush-able. They can cause huge clogging issues and have the potential to back up your entire system!

Many of your household cleaning products become very dangerous when put down the drain. They can flush out into the ocean or bypass the cleaning done at water treatment plants.

Paint is considered a hazardous waste product. Instead of dumping it down the drain, make sure to dispose of it properly at your local facility.
