Hello Everyone: This is your aromatherapist Rownak Salam writing to you from my desk at home. It has been almost a couple months since I did not see all those familiar faces who became more like our family members at our business location. For the time being, we are allowing pickup orders from our Koreatown location (check the link below, or text us)... but I am really concerned that the global respiratory pandemic is a bad time to be coughing and sneezing from simple allergi...es isn't it? Ironic, but it’s the reality, too! Seriously, how are you doing? You've been in my and my family's prayers a lot lately, because as a spiritual human being and naturalist, I believe that prayer helps. Also, this is our month of Ramadan (Islamic fasting month), so in this holy month it is my duty to keep praying for all my people. I have taken advantage of this lockdown to get some more recipes prepared on how to thrive during the time of quarantine, cold remedies or to bring positive energy back in your life. Hi again: When daily life is so uncertain for all of us, we can surely use some words of hope coming from the divine power. I am beginning my message to you with one of my favorite verse found in the Holy Qur’an that will instill some hope and courage in us: And Allah (God) would not punish them while they seek forgiveness [Quran 8:33]... In this verse, Allah reminds us of the power of His mercy and the importance of asking for forgiveness. We humans are not perfect, knowingly or unknowingly we are doing stuff that may earn God’s wrath. This verse reminds us it does not matter how strong our wrongdoings are... when we sincerely ask for forgiveness and mercy, He not only forgives us; but rewards us as well. So friends, God Almighty has given us a break from our daily grinds perhaps to pray and to seek His forgiveness; do not lose your hope. Now some health tips...
