Big Bear is a difficult place for an event! The long climbs paired with pushing yourself to the limit at 9000ft elevation make it an accomplishment just to finish! Congrats to our athletes for their many podium finishes at the event this weekend, your hard work and dedication shows!

Planning and preparation is half of the battle!

Criterium racing is strategic, fast, aggressive, and fun...we love it! Ama taught us a lesson, always fight, the race isn't over until it's over! . With 2 laps to go it's a good time to assess how teammates are feeling and who has the best opportunity to win. Although Ama was tired in the closing laps, he positioned himself well to help the @luxcycling juniors, he found himself in a position to win the race and come away with the win!!

We were very sad to here that the Tehachapi race was being canceled due to poor weather. It was going to be a good opportunity for our athletes to demonstrate their fitness. Yet I still received fantastic news! @jakhaggerty is the JV1 SoCal league champ!! Jack has developed so much in his cycling fitness, technical skills, and strategy and it has been such a pleasure going through the season with him! Last year he placed 53rd in the NICA season opener and was excited to be fighting for the win this year!

Corbin Parsley put on another spectacle at Keyesville! I could tell this season was going to be special in the offseason.
