COVID-19 (Coronavirus) UPDATE 3/20/2020 Hello Church Family and Friends, As you are probably aware, the county and state have both issued directives for all per...sons to stay at home for the time being and to limit their movements to only essential tasks and activities. Although, we would consider gathering and worshiping our God to be an essential activity, church and religious services are not allowed at this time. Even with this order in place we can still continue to worship, seek, and glorify our Lord. The pastors at Generations Church have come to the decision that we will, for the next few weeks be holding virtual worship services online. Also, all Bible studies and events have been postponed for the time being. Now more than ever, we’re reminded that the Church isn’t about the building. It’s about people gathering to worship. We’re encouraging our attenders to participate in Church Online services with their families Here are the many ways you can worship with us at Generations by joining our LIVE services online. 1. Find us on Facebook. Our services are streamed directly to Facebook and can be found at www.facebook.com/generationschurchSB 2. Surf to our website! If you go to www.generationschurchSB.com and click on the WatchLive tab at the top of the page you will be taken to a page that has the live feed streaming. You can also find an archive of previous services in case you are unable to join us live. 3. Download the Generations Church app! Go to either the Play Store or the Apple App Store and search for the Church.app. One you have installed the app search for Generations Church and look for our tree logo. After you have installed the app and open it, click on the WatchLive link found at the bottom of the app. 4. You can also continue to give your regular tithes and offerings through the use of PayPal at our website, or by mailing it to: 6245 Palm Ave., San Bernardino CA 92407 We also want you to know that our staff will continue to be available to serve you. Whether it be for prayer, counsel, or even creatively helping you to think about how to minister to our community during this season. You can contact us by using the emails listed here. For prayer: [email protected] Other assistance: [email protected] To speak with one of our pastors: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] We are also looking for people who are willing to help those in need. Whether it is delivering groceries or helping with an urgent home repair, or some other need our community might have. If you are interested in being part of an urgent response team you can contact us at: [email protected] This will be our plan until further notice for Sunday gatherings. In times like this it’s important that we do’t freak out and fail to trust the Lord. At the same time, we need to be good neighbors and faithful witnesses to our community and world. If temptation and torture didn’t keep Christ from the cross, then the Coronavirus will not keep us from helping people cultivate and grow their relationship with Him, even if it looks a bit different for a season. Remain hopeful and wise. God has not left us, He has simply provided us a unique opportunity to minister to one another, our community, and our world let’s not miss it!
