"The Court's decision affects citizens from El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua and Sudan, many of whom have lived in the U.S. for decades, have U.S.-born children and are considered essential workers during the coronavirus pandemic." https://www.npr.org//court-rules-government-can-end-humani
You are NOT required to submit Form I-693 at the time you file your adjustment application, but may do so if you wish. Because of the time-limited validity of Form I-693, you may choose to submit your Form I-693 after you file your Form I-485, or submit Form I-693 in person at an interview, if an interview is required. By waiting to submit Form I-693, you may avoid having to repeat the immigration medical examination. ($$$)
In California, for persons that are looking to start an Immigration Process for themselves or for a family member, they have many options to go about it. They can do it themselves, they can hire an attorney (not always necessary), or they can hire a registered and bonded Immigration Consultant, like me. http://usimmigrationrelief.com/what-is-an-immigration-cons/
Important Notice for K visa applicants affected by COVID-19 Last Updated: August 31, 2020 Effective August 28, as it becomes safe to resume more consular operations at each U.S. mission, posts are authorized to give K visa cases high priority. Applicants should check the website of their nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for updates on what services that post is currently able to offer. The I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) is typically valid for four months; however, consular officers may revalidate the I-129F petition in four month increments. For most cases impacted by the suspension of routine visa services or COVID-19 travel restrictions it will not be necessary to file a new I-129F petition.

"They were forced to work hundreds of hours without pay," the complaint says. "They were not paid for many weeks of work, leaving them without money for food and other necessities. ... When Plaintiffs stood up to their traffickers, complaining to Four Star and its recruiting agent about their exploitation, the agent delivered them to immigration authorities to have them deported and to avoid paying Plaintiffs for their labor."

"Trump has often pivoted to his signature issue of immigration when he’s under criticism. It’s one he believes helped him win the 2016 election and one that continues to animate his loyal base of supporters heading into what is expected to be a brutal reelection fight. It has also served as a useful tool for distracting from news he’d prefer removed from the headlines." https://www.cnbc.com//trump-immigration-ban-halts-green-ca
