Here's a customer compliment for Ken White, one of our super, save-the-day techs that we wanted to share with you (customer names left out for their privacy): This is a long overdue message to express my appreciation for the service that Image IV is providing, particularly the arrangement you facilitated permitting us to have the exclusive services of Ken White for our techinical support for our Konica Minolta C650/C652 here at _____. Ken has been masterful in his technical e...xpertise, maintaining our machine with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Especially noteworthy to me, Is that Ken has been succesfully educating us about how to optimise our use of the copier AND head off at the pass some of the challenges we were continually encountering prior to his stewardship of our service calls. The "emergency" level calls have now become rare to none - and if there is an issue, (as in the case last week,) Ken has always been able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. I know that John ___ will agree with me that having Ken as our regular tech has truly optimized ___'s purchase of this copier, salvaging what appeared to be a questionable choice before this arrangement was put in place last year. June must be hiring month at Image IV - we've got another anniversary to celebrate (actually yesterday, June 9): Inland Empire branch manager Jason Brewington's 2nd anniversary with us. Congrats, Jason!

We're jazzed to reprint in full an e-mail received today from a valued customer about Kevin Nguyen, one of our super techs! Hi Everyone: Happy Friday! Kevin is here working on our fax machine. But I wanted to call in that he is going to work on the copier across the hall as well and he wanted me to call it in to you so that you knew. It is the F0933 Minolta in Suite 285. The whole page is covered in lines and I gave to Kevin to fix. ... FYI Kevin has the best customer service and skills, I just had to say something. He takes his time. Last week he completely took apart one of our printers for the VP and it works like a charm. I haven’t seen that in years!! He should be commended! It’s so hard to find good customer care these days, so thanks for that!!
