Illuminate Bodywork

Relax.... that word we here all the time that can really mean so many different things and be taken in many ways. It’s hard to relax with life buzzing all around us, with horrific news each day and just every day stress. This year though, I’m making a commitment to have some self care and relaxation every Wednesday evening. That can mean a bath, going to bed early, chatting on the phone with an old friend, indulging in an hour of reading or anything else that gives me some time to unplug. How do you find wellness during your week?

This is my church. Spent the morning enjoying some nature, 2 mile run with my foster dog, 30 minute hike in the redwoods with my pups & finished with acupuncture. Good way to begin 2019. Happy New Years all.
