Il Grillo Carmel

Today I have felt helpless and we really want to help. My only way I know how to help is cook. THANK YOU Judith Ann Raible for helping Il Grillo Carmel, La Ba...lena and The Chefs Stash help out for our local fire fighters. We made home made pasta with Bolognese sauce, Cesar salad, desserts and more and I am out delivering for the night. Also taking food to any evacuees that need anything. Ronni Sweet my wife made you a bag with wine (of course), books and dog bowls. I totally forget to leave it for you at the hotel with your dinner. On my way back now. If anyone needs food, please let me help and cook for you.

The Lucky Dog Gala is coming right up! Support Peace of Mind Dog Rescue Thursday March 12, 2020 at the Monterey Peninsula County Club in Pebble Beach from 5:30-...9:30pm There will be a live auction at this event and Il Grillo Carmel owners Anna and Emmanuelle have generously donated a "Dining With the Dogs Dinner" for 12 of your closest friends with renowned Chef Brandon Miller creating and preparing the menu. His dishes will be paired with wines generously donated from Bernardus, De Tierra and Flywheel. Each course will be paired with wonderful wine presented by the winemaker! Winner of the dinner will have the restaurant to themselves for the night and gets to select up to 4 (of 8) dogs from Chef Brandon's Bulldog Parking Lot to join them at dinner. Loving the menu at Il Grillo Carmel

Join us tonight to donate for some great local kids! We are opening the doors for the Robodores for a special fundraising dinner to the help the Monterey High School Robotics team raise money for the trip to China. In the morning, five of the team members will go and make homemade pastas at the restaurant. And in the evening, the doors will open at 5pm for people to come, purchase pasta to take, as well as dine in for a casual dinner of pasta, salad, and a sweet.... Some proceeds will be donated toward the trip. So, if you don't have plans for this Sunday dinner, consider eating Italian and supporting the team. Invite friends and family. This will be drop-in and first-come, first serve. So, no reservations. But this is a great restaurant, wonderful owners, and a delicious way to contribute to the trip. Come, grab a seat, have some food, and chat with the team and other guests about the trip, if you wish. And please spread the word and I hope to see you there.

We want to thank everyone who attended the Big Sur Foragers Festival 2020!! We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
