Open up cabin(s), loading wood near front door or inside, Turn on gas, water and/ or electricity, Light pilot lights and check cabin for any maintenance issues, Blow off decks and walkways, set up outdoor furniture, shovel snow, plow driveways and more While guests are enjoying their stay - 24/7 on call Emergency maintenance services, On call deliveries/ emergency deliveries. Appliance or fireplace/ stove/ fire building techniques etc training. Snow removal After guests checkout - Custom checklist for your rental Check home for any maintenance issues and or any damage/ issues guests may have caused, (our guys carry GoPro cameras to document opening and closing procedures) Put away/ cover outdoor furniture Turn off water and antifreeze drains/ water lines, Turn off gas and major appliances, turn off breakers to any major electric appliances etc., Ensure cabin is ready for cleaning or locked and secured between guests...
