Our Kitchen team killed it last Saturday with our Supper Club dinner! Choosing meat or vegetarian dishes for these special nights is never easy but especially wonderful when the platings are beautiful and pair so well with the wines. Filet Mignon Carpaccio with Arugula foam, a fried Quail egg, capers, pea shoots and our red chili garlic oil or a Root Vegetable Carpaccio with pickled Radish, Daikon, Beets and Carrots with Amaranth Micro greens on Feta foam.
