The current opioid crisis in the U.S. is responsible for 115 deaths per day (CDC). In California, the total opioid related deaths in 2017 was nearly 2200 with 4,281 ER visits (which cost just over $6000/ per overdose). Chiropractic has always been a sensible, conservative approach to a myriad of health conditions, especially back pain, which is the 4th leading cause of disability today.
