Ideal Fitness

I am so sad to announce that Ideal Fitness will be closing as of Friday, June 1st I started Ideal Fitness over 7 years ago out of a little white cargo trailer full of gym equipment. I pulled it to and from Redway Elementry at 6am 2 days a week. I was overwhelmed with how many people woke up so early to come to my class After a year, I moved up to the business park where I continued boot camp classes and even added more days/times, starting teaching gymnastics, and sho...rtly after TRX classes. Most recently I took over Tina Lyn’s spin classes. I have enjoyed this business so much and have met some amazing people over the years, many have become very close friends of mine and I am so thankful for them Thank you all for the many years of love and support P.S. If you still have spin classes get in and use them, 16 spin days left in this month
