Maybe you have unending regrets about the decisions you've made or the pat...hs you chose. You might think that you've completely ruined your life and that God can never redeem you. Not only do I think that is a lie, but I honestly think that, when we fail, God may have better things in store for us. You may have failed so bad that you can't possibly see how any good thing can ever come your way, but God is there with you saying, 'I’m not done with you yet. What does it mean to be condemned? Dictionary.com defines it as being "deemed or declared unfit for use or service." No matter the definition, it doesn't seem particularly promising doesn't it? Life without purpose or belong feels frighteningly bleak. Many of us feel like there's no turning back after the mistakes we've made.... There is hope, though. God has a plan for your life that is bigger than your failures and feelings of condemnation. Yes, we may have to inevitably face the consequences of our actions, but they help us grow into the purposes God has planned for us. You are never too far gone from His love.

There are two things we can know for certain: 1. Life will be difficult at times. 2. God will take these difficulties and use them for the good of those who love Him.... The Bible tells us that God can make beauty from ashes. No hurt will be wasted. No circumstance will be beyond His redemption. Yes, life will have its fair share of hurts and troubles. But we know God is always good.

Stillness in the storm: a peace that can be afforded to us when we put our faith in Jesus. He is our solid rock, our firm foundation. This week, we've explored how we can best respond to the battles in our life. If we were to be honest, nobody likes dealing with difficulty. It's easy to pray for God to remove our burdens so we can return to a sense of normalcy. But, what if God wants to use our challenges for something more? What if God wants use them to reveal His glory to everyone in our sphere of influence?
