I am experiencing the holiday hustle and bustle taking away from my me time. For me, that is Pilates, my time when I get to ask myself how I am doing. Let's all make a pack to not let the craziness give up our "ME TIME" and have a happy holiday season!

New schedule for Mat Classes: Monday thru Thursday at 7PM! Carlsbad commuters you spoke and we listened, a later start time to deal with interstate 5 and more classes if you can't make your usual day. Remember space is limited so be sure to contact the studio to reserve your spot! We are always looking for suggestions so keep on talking! :)
